ROADWAY ENHANCEMENTS • DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE
The Town of Paradise Valley is improving Mockingbird Lane and Invergordon Road with new storm drainage, road resurfacing, traffic calming, bike lanes, and ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps and driveways.
What should I expect?
During construction, residents may experience:

Scheduled water service interruptions with prior notice provided.

Latest Impacts
Traffic Update
Beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, through the end of August 2026, Invergordon Road will be limited to southbound traffic only between Horseshoe Road and Mockingbird Lane.
Flaggers and traffic control signage will be in place to guide you safely around the work zone, please allow extra travel time and drive carefully near crews and equipment. Additional details are included on the graphic below:
